Anskaffelsen skal dekke et behov for lavterskeltilbud, dagplass og korttidsplasser til brukere med sammensatte utfordringer. Tilbudet skal møte brukernes behov for struktur og oppfølging. Brukerne er i ulik alder fra det året de fyller 18 år.

Anskaffelsens verdi anslås til: NOK 8.000.000,- eks. mva per år. Maksimalverdi for hele avtaleperioden, inkludert eventuelle opsjoner og forventet prisstigning: 50.000.000,- eks mva. Behovet er usikkert. Volumet kan variere både opp og ned, og vil i avtaleperioden være avhengig av blant annet oppdragsgivers behov, aktiviteter, budsjettsituasjon og andre rammefaktorer.
