Patentstyret, heretter kalt oppdragsgiver, har til hensikt å inngå rammeavtale om kjøp av kommunikasjonstjenester, blant annet til strategisk rådgiving, merkevarebygging, PR og reklame.Leverandøren skal bidra både i det langsiktige strategiarbeidet og i det løpende kommunikasjonsarbeidet, og sikre en helhetlig og målrettet kommunikasjon på tvers av kanaler og tiltak.På grunnlag av tidligere års anskaffelser kan det, uten forbindtlighet for Oppdragsgiver, estimeres en verdi på ca. 6 000 000 i løpet av avtaleperioden inklusive opsjoner. Dette utgjøre rammeavtalens maksimale forbruk.Standard kontrakt som benyttes er SSA-R. Se bilag 1 for nærmere redegjørelse av hva som inngår i avtalen.
