Norsk helsenett SF (oppdragsgiver) har behov for å inngå rammeavtale for kjøp av tjenester innen Lyd og teknikk.Oppdragsgiver planlegger for samlinger, møter og konferanse med flere deltagere og med høy kvalitet.Arrangementene vil bli gjennomført på ulike steder i landet, hovedsakelig i Oslo, Trondheim og Tromsø. Enkelte samlinger gjennomføres i våre egne lokaler hvor de tekniske rammene er på plass, men hvor vi likevel vil kunne ha behov for supplering av personell eller utstyr. I andre tilfeller vil arrangementene gjennomføres i eksterne lokaler, f.eks. hotell/konferanse/kurs- lokaler hvor det i enkelte tilfeller vil være behov for full leveranse av lyd, lys teknikk og personell. Dette vil avhenge av stedet som blir valgt og hvilke fasiliteter som er tilgjengelig for oppdragsgiver.Det skal inngås rammeavtale med to leverandører, se Bilag 2 for Prosedyrer for tildeling av kontrakter innenfor rammeavtalen.
