TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR ETHIOPIA OFFICE BRANDING
1. About Fairtrade Africa (FTA)
Fairtrade Africa (FTA) is the umbrella network organization representing Fairtrade certified Producer Organizations in Africa and the Middle East. It has four (4) regional networks – Eastern & Central Africa; Southern Africa; West Africa; and the Middle East & North Africa. Established in 2005, FTA is a member of Fairtrade International and currently represents 1,354,294 farmers and workers in 660 producer organizations spread across 28 countries in Africa and the Middle East by providing services to them that contribute to the improvement of their livelihoods.
2. About the Assignment
For close to 9 years now, Fairtrade Africa has maintained an office at NB Business Center, along Mickey Leland Street in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to facilitate operations in the country through our partner Ethiopia Fairtrade Association. To ensure that staff work within a friendly and motivating environment, Fairtrade Africa seeks the services of a professional interior designer and branding expert to provide branding and interior design services.
3. Proposal
The supplier will submit a design concept (not longer than 5 pages) alongside a conclusive quotation for consideration. Potential suppliers are at liberty to request a site visit between 11th-14th August 9am-3pm via [contact details removed] with Mr. TadesseMr. Tadesse Negash [contact details removed] in copy to facilitate the development of a concept. A supplier will be selected based on the strength of the submitted concepts and budget. Proposals should be sent to the above e-mail address by end of day (5:00 PM) 28th August
