Details

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations based in Rome, Italy, hereby solicits proposals for the provision of Ivanti licenses and support. In 2026 IFAD procured the Ivanti Neurons licenses migrating from the owned Ivanti EPM licenses. Now, the Organization is looking for an Ivanti Authorised Partner able to provide support and maintenance for the Neurons, EPM and EPMM licenses for a 3-year period. The contractor shall ensure continuous licencing compliance, the effective configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of the Neurons Tenant and on-premises EPM and EPMM environments. This includes support in troubleshooting service issues, advising on best-practice architectures, enhancing security and performance, and assistance with escalation to Ivanti support when needed.

Before you bid on this tender

A quick checklist to help you decide whether to bid and prepare a compliant submission for this water & environment opportunity. Always verify the details on the official source.

  • Confirm the exact closing date and time (and time zone) on the official portal — deadlines are strict and can be revised by a corrigendum.
  • Read the full notice and every attached document, including the scope, specifications and any bill of quantities or terms of reference.
  • Check the eligibility criteria — prior similar experience, annual turnover, certifications and registrations — and make sure you qualify before investing effort.
  • Prepare any earnest-money deposit (EMD) or bid security and the required formats early; missing or wrongly-formatted documents are a common cause of rejection.

  • Watch for corrigenda and clarifications right up to the deadline — requirements and dates can change.
