Tender to Establish a Framework for the Supply and Delivery of Various Containers at Household Recycling Centres

Tenders are sought by Ards and North Down Borough Council for the appointment of suppliers to a framework for the supply and delivery of Various Containers at Household Recycling Centres.

— From the tender document (tenderNotice): - Possible extension to 3 January 2031 The Framework start date is anticipated to be 4 January 2027. The Framework will initially be awarded for a period of one year with the option to extend for a further 3 x 12-month periods, subject to satisfactory performance, and by mutual agreement of both parties. The right to additional purchases while the contract is valid. The Council may also use the framework to purchase ancillary waste-related items, components and equipment associated with the maintenance, repair and operation of waste containers and recycling facilities. The Council has considered the use of Lots for this contract but does not believe the use of Lots is suitable.
