Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. As-ls Basis: The property is being sold "as is, where is" and includes the land, buildings and improvements located thereon. The purchaser is responsible for satisfying itself regarding the condition, suitability, zoning, access, and permitted or discretionary use of the Property. The seller makes no warranties or representations regarding soil quality, environmental conditions, zoning boundaries, or building status.
2. Rejection of Bids: The highest, or any tender, will not necessarily be accepted, Council may reject any and all bids.
3. Forfeiture: The successful tenderer must execute a formal Purchase Agreement within 30 days of acceptance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit to the Seller. Deposits for unsuccessful bidders will be returned without interest. 4. Taxes and GST: The purchaser is responsible for paying any applicable GST on the purchase price (unless a valid GST registration number is provided), Land Titles registry fees and property tax adjustments.
