Згідно коду CPV за ДК 021:2015 35730000-0 Електронні бойові комплекси та засоби радіоелектронного захисту (Засіб радіоелектронної боротьби), відповідно до НАКАЗУ МРЕТСГУ №1082 від 11.06.2020 визначення предмета закупівлі товару за ЄЗС, що найбільше відповідає назві номенклатурної позиції предмета закупівлі). Усі документи, що входять до складу тендерної пропозиції мають бути складені українською мовою. Оцінка тендерних пропозицій здійснюється на основі критерію „Ціна”. Питома вага – 100%. З урахуванням особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, визначених ПКМУ від 12.10.2022 р. №1178 (зі змінами), з урахуванням пп.5 п.32 підрозділу 2 розділу ХХ «Перехідні положення» Податкового кодексу України з урахуванням ч.2 ст.12 Закону України «Про національну безпеку України».
