Закупівля здійснюється відповідно до п.8 Особливостей Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 11.11.2022 №1275 «Деякі питання здійснення оборонних закупівель на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану» у порядку проведення спрощених закупівель, визначених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, з урахуванням положень, визначених цими Особливостями. Під час закупівлі враховані вимоги «ПОРЯДКУ здійснення закупівлі безпілотних систем, засобів радіоелектронної боротьби тактичного рівня вітчизняного виробництва та їх складових частин», в разі якщо Переможцем закупівлі буде вітчизняний виробник засобу РЕР
