Комунальний заклад "Ліцей "Перспектива" Світловодської міської ради" invites bids for КОМПЛЕКТИ ОБЛАДНАННЯ ДЛЯ НАВЧАЛЬНИХ КАБІНЕТІВ ІНФОРМАТИКИ, ФІЗИКИ ТА ХІМІЇ.

Зміст висвітленої інформації не обов’язково відображає позицію Європейського Союзу. "Цей крок співфінансується Європейським Союзом — Ukraine Facility" Придбання здійснюється на підставі Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» з урахуванням Особливостей, затверджених постановою КМУ від 12.10.2022 № 1178. Закупівля проводиться на виконання: Порядку, затвердженого постановою КМУ від 15.11.2024 № 1318 «Деякі питання реалізації інструменту Ukraine Facility»; вимог Рамкової угоди між Україною та ЄС, ратифікованої Законом України від 06.06.2024 № 3786-IX. Інформація про умови виконання договору: Товар постачається з нанесеним візуальним маркуванням (логотип ЄС та текст «Цей крок співфінансується Європейським Союзом — Ukraine Facility») згідно з правилами комунікації інструменту Ukraine Facility. Виконання договору здійснюється з урахуванням положень Рамкової угоди (Закон № 3786-IX від 06.06.2024), що передбачає можливість контролю та аудиту використання коштів представниками інституцій ЄС (Європейської комісії, OLAF тощо)
