Consultant: ESP Activity Position Title: Technical Consultant Location: ESP Activity Philippine Office (Teleworker) Overview Energy Secure Philippines (ESP) is a multi-year program funded by the US Department of State. Key Responsibilities The Consultant’s key responsibilities are as follows: • Provide independent regulatory and market expertise and technical backstopping for the consultant's review of ancillary services supply and associated regulatory frameworks. Period of Performance: October 01, 2026, to April 15, 2027 Minimum Required Education & Experience The consultant shall possess extensive experience in power sector regulation, electricity market governance, ancillary services and System Operator oversight. Prior experience in regulatory supervision, compliance monitoring, performance assessment, or institutional oversight of transmission and system operations is highly desirable. Application Deadline All applications are due by September 11, 2026, at 5:00 PM Philippines Standard Time.
