Formålet med anskaffelsen er å etablere en avtale om en skybasert kjernesystemløsning ("OneTrack-løsningen") som skal understøtte Vys mest forretningskritiske funksjonsområder innen produksjonsplanlegging og operativ styring av persontogtrafikk i Norge og Sverige. Anskaffelsen skal bidra til å erstatte dagens fragmenterte systemlandskap med en felles, integrert løsning som understøtter ende-til-ende-prosesser, forbedret informasjonsflyt og mer enhetlige arbeidsprosesser på tvers av Norge og Sverige.

Omfanget inkluderer:

* Skytjenesten (OneTrack-løsningen) med tilhørende infrastruktur og dataressurser.

* Etablering av løsningen, herunder Tilrettelegging og Innføring av løsningen.

* Forvaltning av løsningen, inkludert overvåkning, support, opplæring og etterlevelse av avtalt Tjenestenivå.

* En frivillig opsjon knyttet til funksjonalitet for planlegging av buss for tog.

* Eventuelle tilleggstjenester som tilbys gjennom Leverandørens Tjenestekatalog.
