Anskaffelsen inkluderer etablering, drift og vedlikehold av tjenester for egeninnfordring.

Oppdragsgiver for konkurransen er IKT Agder IKS med 6 av kommunene i samarbeidet;

Arendal kommune, Gjerstad kommune, Grimstad kommune, Risør kommune, Tvedestrand kommune, Vennesla kommune. Samt Agder fylkeskommune.
