Die Primarschule Dübendorf beschafft im Rahmen einer Einmalbeschaffung neue ICT-Endgeräte für Schülerinnen und Schüler sowie Mitarbeitende. Die Ausschreibung ist in zwei Lose gegliedert. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst je Los die einmalige Lieferung der Geräte an einen zentralen Standort der Primarschule Dübendorf (Lieferung bis ins Zimmer), das Auspacken inkl. fachgerechter Entsorgung des Verpackungsmaterials, die Garantie- und Reparaturabwicklung über einen Service-Desk sowie die Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit funktionsäquivalenter Modelle während der Einsatzdauer. Die Standardgarantie von 24 Monaten ist im Gerätepreis enthalten; weitergehende Garantieoptionen sind zu offerieren. Die Lieferung ist für Sommer 2027 vorgesehen. Es wird kein Rahmenvertrag abgeschlossen. Die ausgeschriebenen Mengen sind Höchstmengen und gelten als Schätzung gemäss Art. 35 lit. c IVöB. Die Auftraggeberin behält sich vor, nach dem Zuschlag nur einen Teil der Leistung zu beziehen (Art. 35 lit. q IVöB). Bei Hardware gilt das Open-Book-Prinzip.

Lots Lot 1 — Windows-Geräte Schülerinnen und Schüler sowie Mitarbeitende: Lieferung von Windows-Geräten in zwei Gerätetypen: * SuS-Geräte: robuste Windows-Convertibles (360°-Scharnier) mit Touchscreen für den täglichen Unterrichtseinsatz. * MA-Geräte: leistungsfähige Windows-Notebooks für Mitarbeitende. Beide Gerätetypen müssen mit Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Teams, OneDrive) und den bestehenden Deployment- und MDM-Prozessen der Schule kompatibel sein. Lot 2 — Tablets für Schülerinnen und Schüler sowie Mitarbeitende: Lieferung von Tablets inkl. Registrierung im Apple School Manager der Schule vor der Lieferung (Automated Device Enrollment), sodass die Geräte bei Übergabe für Zero-Touch-Enrollment bereit sind.
