Cet appel d’offres porte sur les services de support IT de premier niveau (support téléphonique, prise en compte des requêtes électroniques, prise en charge et résolution des incidents, et réalisation des demandes de service qui relèvent du Service Desk) pour une durée initiale de quatre ans, avec possibilité de prolongation d’une année. Le marché est composé d'une tranche ferme couvrant les prestations ordinaires de Service Desk, principalement réalisées sur site, ainsi que d'une tranche optionnelle permettant de répondre à des besoins complémentaires ou ponctuels. Les ressources nécessaires pour la tranche ferme sont évaluées à au moins 4 ETP (Equivalents Temps Plein) pour réaliser l’ensemble des prestations.
