Details

Im Rahmen des Refits in der Werkstatt Meiringen sollen an allen 10 Triebzügen die GFK- und Lackoberflächen saniert werden. Im Februar 2026 wurde am Referenzfahrzeug SPATZ 130 009-04 eine Aufnahme und Befundung durchgeführt (Beilagen D1 und D2). Dabei wurden insbesondere folgende Schäden festgestellt: - stark verwitterte, ausgebleichte Dachschürzen (Weiss/Grau) - Rissbildungen und Einschlagstellen an den GFK-Fronten und Frontschürzen - Korrosion mit Blasenbildung an Fensterrahmen der Endwagen - Lackschäden (Steinschläge) sowie Kratzspuren im Klarlack an den Wagenkästen - alterungsbedingte Spuren an den Dichtfugen an den Frontfenstern und am Übergang Endwagen/Front Für diese Aufgabe wird vom Spezialisten erwartet, dass er die erforderlichen Kompetenzen und Erfahrungen mitbringt, dieses Vorhaben in der gewünschten Qualität zu realisieren. Aufgrund der bahnbetrieblichen Anforderungen wird ein ausgeprägtes Termin-, Kosten- und Umweltbewusstsein vorausgesetzt. Die folgenden, konkreten Ziele sollen erreicht werden: * Los 1: GFK-Sanierung und Neulackierung von 160 Dachschürzen (16 Stück pro Triebzug) gemäss Technischer Spezifikation Farbanstrich 114089 C, Farbtöne RAL 7016 Anthrazitgrau und RAL 9010 Reinweiss, glänzend * Los 2: GFK-Reparatur und Neulackierung der Fronten, Fenstersanierung und Reparaturlackierung der Wagenkästen (Endwagen 1, Mittelwagen, Endwagen 2) an 10 Triebzügen gemäss * Los 2: Durchlaufzeit von rund 5 Wochen pro Triebzug (Endwagen je 2 Wochen, Mittelwagen 1 Woche; bei Korrosionsschäden am Mittelwagen bis 2 Wochen) * lückenlose Dokumentation mit Fertigungs- und Prüfprotokollen (Schichtdicke, Gitterschnitt, Glanzgrad)
