Die Auftraggeberin geht von einem Stundenaufwand von durchschnittlich 550 Stunden pro Jahr aus. Für den Grundauftrag von drei Jahren ist somit mit 1650 Stunden zu rechnen, für die Verlängerungsoption von max. vier Jahren mit weiteren 2200 Stunden. Dies ergibt ein Stundentotal von 3850 Stunden inkl. Verlängerungsoption und min. 10% Reserve für Unvorhergesehenes (bspw. zusätzliche Aufgaben). In der Beilage 06 Aufwandschätzung sind die Stunden bis 2034 zu berücksichtigen. Auf Produkte-/Marken-/Design- oder Typenbezeichnungen wird verzichtet. Sollten ausnahmsweise solche Bezeichnungen aufgeführt sein, sind gleichwertige Alternativen zugelassen. Die Gleichwertigkeit ist durch die Anbieter*in nachzuweisen.
