Gesamtsanierung der 4 bestehenden Schulgebäude an der Bienenstrasse 5-11: Schulhaus II+I an der Bienenstrasse 5+9, Quartiersgebäude und Turnhalle an der Bienenstrasse 7+11. HV bestehend im UG der Bienestrasse 7, Neuerschliessung vom Neubau. Ersatz der elektrischen Erschliessung ab HV zu den bestehenden UV in den Schulhäusern I+II. Ersatz der Beleuchtung. Vorgesehene Anlagen: BMA, NLA, PVA durch ewb, GLS, KNX (Storen), Konstantlichtsteuerung, AMOK, EVAK. Heizung mittels Fernwärme (bereits erstellt), Warmwasser mittels Frischwasserstationen und WP-Boiler, Abluftanlagen in den WCs, Lüftungsanlage im UG Quartiersgeäbude und Lüftungsanlage für die Garderoben in der Turnhalle. Genauere Angaben sind dem beiliegenden Baubeschrieb zu entnehmen. Auf Produkte-/Marken-/Design- oder Typenbezeichnungen wird verzichtet. Sollten ausnahmsweise solche Bezeichnungen aufgeführt sein, sind gleichwertige Alternativen zugelassen. Die Gleichwertigkeit ist durch die Anbieter*in nachzuweisen.
