Das LUKS sucht mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung Anbieterinnen, die in der Lage sind, für das LUKS SailPoint-IIQ-Support zu erbringen und dem LUKS Experten-Knowhow zu SailPoint IIQ auf Abruf bereitstellen zu können, basierend auf einem Dienstleistungs- und Supportvertrag. Letzterer hat eine Laufzeit von 5 Jahren, inkl. der Möglichkeit zur jährlichen Verlängerung bis zur maximalen Laufzeit von 8 Jahren, und er regelt neben den Supportleistungen und den Stundensätzen für die verschiedenen, zur Verfügung gestellten Profile den einheitlichen Stundensatz für alle Profile sowie die Bereitstellung eines SPoC für das LUKS, über welchen sämtliche Anfragen und Belange des LUKS rund um die darin geregelten Themen abgewickelt werden. out-of-scope der Beschaffung Die Lizenzen und die Software-Wartung für SailPoint IIQ sind nicht Bestandteil der vorliegenden Ausschreibung.
