Le présent appel dʼoffres, d'une durée de 5 ans maximum, a pour objectif la conclusion d’un contrat-cadre régissant les modalités de réalisation, d’entretien et de dépannage des installations électriques des locaux d’exploitation, des foyers, ainsi que des abris PC et appartements gérés par l’Hospice Général. Ce contrat-cadre vise à couvrir des prestations récurrentes sur plusieurs années, et non un achat ponctuel. Dans le but d’optimiser la gestion opérationnelle des travaux de cette branche en termes d’efficacité et d’efficience, l’Hg prévoit de conclure des contrats-cadres avec un maximum de quatre (4) entreprises adjudicataires ayant présenté les offres économiquement les plus avantageuses et démontré les compétences requises pour l’exécution du marché telle que définie dans le présent cahier des charges. Les entreprises adjudicataires devront entre autres assurer la maintenance et l’intervention sur les équipements électriques de manière régulière, en fonction des besoins qui se présenteront au fil du temps.
