armasuisse Immobilier, BM Ouest / Lausanne, gère un portefeuille de projets de construction, d’entretien,d’assainissement et d’adaptation technique répartis sur plusieurs régions de Suisse romande. Une part importante de ces opérations concerne des projets de petite et moyenne ampleur. Le présent appel d’offre a pour objet la conclusion d’accords-cadres régionaux avec des équipes de planification générale capables de prendre en charge, sur commande, l’ensemble des prestations de mandataire nécessaires, dela définition du projet à la mise en service pour les sites armasuisse Immobilier de Romandie. Le présent macrhé est divisé en 9 lots regroupant plusieurs sites géographique de armasuisse Immobilier : * Payerne DCA /Aviation * Grolley / Belfaux * Drognens / Romont * Chablais (Aigle, Hongrin) * Valais (Dailly, Savatan) * Bure / Jura * Chamblon / Pied du Jura Nord * Bière / Pied du Jura Sud * Genève Pour chaque lot, le marché comprend la réalisation de prestations pour les domaines suivants : * Planificateur général * CFC 291 Architecte * CFC 292 Ingénieur civil * CFC 293 Ingénieur électricien * CFC 294 Ingénieur CVC (y compris CFC 298 Ingénieur en automatisation des bâtiments) * CFC 295 Ingénieur sanitaire Le soumissionnaire peut déposer une offre pour un ou plusieurs lot, chaque lot sera évalué séparément et fera l’objetd’une adjudication distincte. Les règles relatives à l’allotissement et au nombre de lots pouvant être adjugés par soumissionnaire sont précisées dans la pièce KBOB A "Dispositions sur la procédure d'adjudication des prestations" et KBOB 04 “Cahier des charges techniques” du présent dossier d'appel d'offres.
