Details
Erneuerung und Erweiterung der Wärmeversorgung für Bestand und Neubau Mehrzweckgebäude. Die Bestandesbauten werden über 40 Erdwärmesonden à 135 m (separate Submission) und zwei Sole-Wasser-Wärmepumpen versorgt. Die bestehenden Gaskessel werden ersetzt. Der Neubau MZG erhält zwei Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpen sowie eine Booster-Wärmepumpe für die Warmwasserbereitung. Die Wärmeverteilung im Bestand wird angepasst und ergänzt. Im Neubau erfolgt die Wärmeabgabe über Fussbodenheizung und Lufterhitzer. Vorgesehen sind zudem Freecooling, Warmwasserspeicher sowie Mess-, Regel- und Steuerungstechnik. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst Lieferung, Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Einregulierung der gesamten Heizungsanlagen.
