Le marché est limité aux technologies actuellement déployées, au regard des exigences d’interopérabilité, de continuité de service et de proportionnalité économique. En effet l’introduction d’autres solutions impliqueraient des adaptations techniques importantes et des coûts dis-proportionnés. L'EPFL a décidé de mettre en soumission l’acquisition des équipements, licences et services suivants : 1. Matériel et licences NEDAP (ou compatible NEDAP) 2. Matériel et licence SALTO 3. Prestation de services pour matériel NEDAP

Lots Lot 1 — Lot 1 : Contrôle d'accès NEDAP: Le mandat de base du lot 1 « Contrôle d’accès NEDAP » couvre les besoins récurrents connus de l’EPFL. Il comprend : • la fourniture du matériel nécessaire au remplacement des équipements existants, à la gestion de l’obsolescence ainsi qu’aux extensions ponctuelles du système de con-trôle d’accès NEDAP (et technologies compatibles à NEDAP) des portes des bâtiments du campus • la fourniture de matériel pour les casiers électroniques NEDAP • la fourniture de matériel pour les armoires de gestion des clés Deister • les licences associées aux contrôles d’accès des portes : o licence AEOS « Upgrade Assurance » o licence AEOS « Online Door » o licence AEOS « Wireless Offline Door » o licence AEOS « Identifier » • les licences AEOS associées aux casiers électroniques et aux armoires de gestion des clés: o licence AEOS « Locker » o licence AEOS « Integrated key cabinet keys » • les licences spécifiques aux armoires de gestion des clés Deister : o licence Deister « ProxSafe » o licence Deister « General- ActiveUsers » o licence Deister « General-Objects» • les prestations de services : o maintenance corrective o assistance à l’exploitation et à l’évolution du système existant o traitement technique o installation, extension et mise en service o formation Lot 2 — Lot 2 : Contrôle d'accès SALTO: L’EPFL exploite actuellement une infrastructure de contrôle d’accès (majoritairement) offline basée sur la technologie SALTO et déployée sur l’ensemble de son campus. Dans le cadre du présent marché, le matériel du lot 2 est destiné principalement au remplace-ment d’équipements existants, à la gestion de l’obsolescence, à l’extension ponctuelle du campus EPFL et lors de la construction de nouveaux bâtiments.
