Sveriges Radio upphandlar support och underhållstjänster för befintlig IPTV- och videoutrustning som används för omvärldsbevakning av nyhetshändelser samt off‑tube‑rapportering av sport. Utrustningen driftas och förvaltas internt av Sveriges Radio och är huvudsakligen placerad i Radiohuset i Stockholm. Supporten ska omfatta exempelvis felavhjälpning (2nd/3rd line), support vid incidenter och störningar, rådgivning vid konfigurations- och versionsfrågor, samt vid behov åtgärder på plats. Supporten avser utrustning och komponenter enligt nedanstående lista och inkluderar såväl fysisk hårdvara som virtuella serverkomponenter kopplade till distribution/kontribution i SR:s miljö.
