GOVERNMENT PRINTING DEPARTMENT Invitation For Bids (IFB) Authorised under section 14(2) of the Public Procurement Act 2006 SUSTAINABLE PROCUREMENT OF PAPERS

1. The Government Printing Department is inviting bids from eligible local bidders through the Government e-Procurement System for the Sustainable Procurement of Bond Papers, Bristol papers, etc at the Government Printing Department Building situated at La Tour Koenig, Pointe-aux-Sables. 2. Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System http://eproc.publicprocurement.gov.org . Reference Number on the system: GPD/IFB/2026/325 . 3. Bids must be submitted online on the e-Procurement System at latest as per Key Activity Schedule. 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as per Key Activity Schedule 5. Bids will be opened online at the address given hereunder and as per Key activity schedule on the e-PS Government Printing Department La Tour Koenig Pointe-aux-Sables 6. The Government Printing Department reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
