1. The Police Department is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government e-Procurement System for the Supply, Testing & Commissioning of Two-Wheel Drive (2WD) Double Cabin Pick Up Vans for Police Department. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: POLICE/IFB/2026/2217 3. Bids must be submitted online on the e Procurement System at latest by Tuesday 06 October 2026 up to 10.30 hrs (Local Time) 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Tuesday 06 October 2026 from 16.01 hours to Thursday 08 October 2026 up to 10.25 hours. 5. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Thursday 08 October 2026 at 10.30 hours.
