Police Department Invitation for Bids (IFB) (Authorised under Section 17 of the Public Procurement Act 2006) CONSTRUCTION OF NEW STATION FOR MAURITIUS METEOROLOGICAL SERVICES (MMS) & NATIONAL COAST GUARD (NCG) AT RAPHAEL ISLAND, ST BRANDON

1. The Police Department is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government e-Procurement System for the CONSTRUCTION OF NEW STATION FOR MAURITIUS METEOROLOGICAL SERVICES (MMS) & NATIONAL COAST GUARD (NCG) AT RAPHAEL ISLAND, ST BRANDON 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: POLICE/IFB/2026/2222. 3. A Pre-Bid meetingshall take place on Thursday 29th October 2026 at 11.00 am at the NCG Head Quarters, Kwan Tee Street, Les Salines Port Louis. 4. Bids must be submitted online on the e Procurement System at latest by Tuesday 8th December 2026 up to 10.30 hrs (Local Time). 5. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Tuesday 8th December from 16.01 hours to Thursday 10th December 2026 up to 10.25 hours. 6. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Thursday 10th December 2026 at 10.30 hours.
