The Office of the Special Envoy of the Secretary-General for Yemen (OSESGY) requires the supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of two (2) Industrial Automatic Voltage Stabilizers for the Aden premises to protect critical electrical equipment from voltage fluctuations and ensure continuity of operations. The objective of this procurement is to provide reliable voltage regulation and protection for the facility's electrical infrastructure through the installation of two (2) heavy-duty automatic voltage stabilizers capable of operating under challenging power conditions. 2. The Contractor shall deliver requested voltage stabilizers within six (6) weeks after receipt of the purchase Order. All goods shall be delivered in proper packaging to protect the items from damage during transportation, loading, unloading, and handling.
