Description of Goods the Bidder is bidding to Supply and Deliver ; Supply, Delivery of Lab Coats. Interested Bidders are required to visit our premises to inspect and assess the quality and material of the lab coats before submitting their quotations (the site visit shall be conducted on 5th November, 2026, from 10:30 am to 12:00pm and from 13:00hours to 16:00hours local time)-MANDATORY 3. Quotation prices should be based on (a) for goods supplied from within Malawi; DDP – insured and delivered to ; National Cancer Centre, within Kamuzu Central Hospital, Stores Department Lilongwe. (b) for goods suppl ied from outside of Malawi; DDP within Kamuzu Central Hospital Campus, Lilongwe, Malawi 4. The delivery period required is 7 days from date of order. Quotations must be valid for 30 days from the deadline for submission. The attached Schedule of Requirements in Section D, details the items to be procured. The detailed descriptions of the goods required are provided in table below. Your quotation is to be returned by completing and returning this Form and Section C and D including any other information/certification required within this RFQ.
