The Visegrad Fund Performing Artist Residency Program supports experimental and innovative performing artists who are citizens of the Visegrad Four (V4) countries and want to undertake a one-month residency in another V4 country. The programme supports the development of new work in areas including drama, contemporary dance, new circus, physical theatre, visual theatre, alternative theatre, and performance art. Individual residencies receive €2,500 for the artist and €2,000 for the host institution, while group residencies receive €5,500 for group members and €3,500 for the host institution. The Visegrad Fund Performing Artist Residency Program is designed to encourage cross-border collaboration among performing artists from the V4 countries.
