กำหนดฟังคำชี้แจงพร้อมกันที่ ห้องประชุมเรียนรู้ 1 อาคารเรียนรู้ ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการชลบุรี วันที่ 04 พฤศจิกายน 2569 โดยลงทะเบียนเข้าฟังคำชี้แจง เวลา 10:30 ถึง 11:00 น. และชี้แจง เวลา 11:00 น. หากไม่มาฟังคำชี้แจง ปตท. จะถือว่า ผู้นั้นสละสิทธิ์ในการเสนอราคาและไม่มีสิทธิ์ในการเสนอราคา กำหนดยื่นซองคุณสมบัติผู้ค้า ซองคุณสมบัติเชิงเทคนิค ซองราคา ในวันที่ 12 พฤศจิกายน 2569 เวลา
