10. การส่งมอบงาน กำหนดการส่งมอบ ผู้ขายต้องส่งมอบตามที่ระบุในข้อกำหนด

พฤศจิกายน 2569 เวลา 15: 30 น.

หากไม่เข้ารับฟังคำชี้แจงและดูสถานที่ ปตท.จะถือว่าผู้นั้นสละสิทธิ์ในการเสนอราคาและไม่มีสิทธิ์ในการเสนอราคา กำหนดยื่นซองคุณสมบัติผู้ค้า ซองคุณสมบัติเชิงเทคนิค ซองราคา ในวันที่ 18 พฤศจิกายน 2569 เวลา
