El presente contrato tiene como objetivo mantener en perfecto estado de uso, los edificios y locales adscritos a los Servicios Centrales del Ministerio del Interior. El Ministerio del Interior no dispone de efectivos propios de plantilla con la necesaria cualificación técnica para realizar los trabajos de mantenimiento objeto de este expediente, por lo que requiere la contratación con empresas externas que dispongan de los medios necesarios para realizar los trabajos previstos en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas
