Der zu vergebende Auftrag umfasst die folgenden Leistungen: - Transport und - Verwertung der im Landkreis Konstanz erfassten Alttextilien.

Lots Lot 1 — Transport und Verwertung von Alttextilien: Die Erfassung der Alttextilien erfolgt im Bringsystem über Container insbesondere auf Wertstoff- und Bauhöfen sowie auf dezentralen Standplätzen im Landkreis Konstanz. Die Containergestellung einschließlich deren Reinigung, Wartung und Reparatur ist Gegenstand der Leistung, sofern keine Gestellung durch die Städte / Gemeinden und den Landkreis selbst vorgenommen wird. Die Reinigung der Standplätze obliegt dem Auftraggeber bzw. den Städten und Gemeinden des Landkreises Konstanz und ist daher nicht Gegenstand der Leistung. Bei den zu verwertenden leistungsgegenständlichen Mengen handelt es sich um Alttextilien in einer Zusammensetzung "wie gesammelt". Bestandteil der Vergabe ist zudem die Beseitigung der nicht für eine Verwertung geeigneten Stoffe.
