Con el fin de conseguir el adecuado funcionamiento de las instalaciones y equipos en los Centros Penitenciarios, se hace necesario promover la contratación del servicio correspondiente en los términos previstos en la Ley de Contratos del Sector Público (LCSP). Es objeto del contrato es el servicio de mantenimiento integral de las instalaciones. Con esta contratación se pretende que el mantenimiento integral se lleve a cabo por empresas especializadas de manera que satisfaga adecuadamente las necesidades del centro.
