El objeto del presente expediente es definir las características y especificaciones que deberán cumplir los materiales, equipos, instalaciones y servicios necesarios para la instalación y puesta en servicio de un radar secundario Modo S en el emplazamiento de Málaga-2 (Málaga), incluyendo la instalación del sistema de antenas receptoras de 1090ES, la renovación integral del sistema de gestión (incluyendo, por tanto, la gestión remota desde la TWR Málaga y ACC Sevilla), la instalación de un respondedor de supervisión, así como las pruebas en emplazamiento (SAT) de los equipos instalados. Además será necesario realizar la adaptación del radar PSR a la nueva instalación del radar Modo S, lo que incluirá la renovación de las máquinas de gestión y el cambio en la función del combinador para soportar datos Modo S.
