El objetivo de este expediente es mejorar las redes de comunicaciones Tierra/Tierra indicadas, que se adapte a los nuevos requisitos operacionales de capacidad, tecnología y gestión. Con carácter general, las actuaciones consistirán en tendidos de fibra y dotación de equipos para comunicaciones IP nativas, similares a los empleados en REDAN y sujetos a las mismas condiciones de configuración y gestión. En los casos donde haya servicios legacy TDM, dada su próxima extinción, se proporcionarán convertidores adecuados.

Lots Lot 1 — Sistema de Comunicaciones Tierra/Tierra en la Región Canaria (estimated 2060000): El objetivo de este lote es el suministro en estado operativo de nuevos sistemas de Comunicaciones Tierra-Tierra en diversas islas del archipiélago canario. En el presente Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas (PPT) se establecen los requisitos mínimos funcionales y técnicos de los diferentes materiales que forman parte del suministro. Además, se incluyen las exigencias de apoyo logístico para la correcta operación y el adecuado soporte y mantenimiento de los diferentes elementos y sistemas. Lot 2 — Servicio de Asistencia Técnica para dar soporte a la provisión de servicios de red mediante la Red de Datos de Navegación Aérea (REDAN) (estimated 908750): El objeto del presente lote es la contratación de un servicio de asistencia técnica en el ámbito de las redes y servicios de comunicaciones, destinado a proporcionar apoyo especializado en las tareas de análisis, definición, validación, integración, pruebas, seguimiento técnico y evolución de elementos asociadas a la infraestructura de comunicaciones operativas de ENAIRE (REDAN y resto de sistemas tierra/tierra)
