El Ayuntamiento de Lleida despliega las acciones previstas en el Plan de Barrios 2026-2030 para promover la cohesión social, la inclusión y la mejora integral del Centro Histórico de Lleida mediante el impulso de acciones comunitarias, socioeducativas, culturales y de dinamización económica, favoreciendo la convivencia, la participación ciudadana, la reducción de las desigualdades y el fortalecimiento del tejido social, comercial y vecinal para avanzar hacia un barrio más inclusivo, activo y con una mejor calidad de vida, siempre con una perspectiva transversal feminista y de equidad de género. Por este motivo, es necesario contar con un servicio que actúe como estructura operativa de apoyo para desarrollar las diferentes acciones recogidas en el Plan de Barrios del Centro Histórico de Lleida.
