Es objeto del contrato a que se refieren el PLiego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares Específicas (en adelante PCAPE) la realización del contrato mixto de SERVICIOS DE MANTENIMIENTO, CONSERVACION Y MEJORA DE LAS INSTALACIONES SEMAFORICAS E INDUSTRIALES PARA LA GESTION DE LA MOVILIDAD, INCLUYENDO SUMINISTRO E INSTALACIÓN DE NUEVOS ELEMENTOS, según el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas (en adelante PPT) que figura en el expediente, cuyo conjunto de documentos integrantes tendrán carácter contractual. Todos los pliegos de este contrato, incluso el Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares Tipo (en adelante PCAPT) están publicados en el apartado "Pliegos" de esta Plataforma de Contratos del Sector Público (en adelante PCSP)
