El objeto del presente contrato es el suministro de arbolado para su plantación en el término municipal de Elche. Se incluye, además del suministro, el transporte y la entrega de los ejemplares en el lugar indicado por el Departamento de Parques y Jardines, siempre dentro del término municipal de Elche (por norma general, se realizará en las instalaciones del Vivero municipal del Ayuntamiento de Elche, La Molinera, ubicado en el Cami de Ferrandez, 5. Elche), además de todos aquellos requisitos exigidos en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas.
