El objeto del contrato consiste en la realización de las obras necesarias para la REHABILITACIÓN DEL CONVENTO DE LA MERCED. Los trabajos a realizar y objeto de esta actuación, viene desarrollado en el proyecto básico y ejecución redactado por la UTE CARLOS CAMPOS ARQUITECTURA, SLP + CASTAÑO ARQUITECTOS, SLP, adjudicataria del contrato de Asistencia Técnica de redacción y dirección de obra de Rehabilitación del Convento de la Merced.
