Las prestaciones consisten en el servicio técnico de apoyo especializado para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento del sistema integral de gestión de las colecciones, actualmente MuseumPlus RÍA -proveído por la empresa Zetcom-, y de apoyo interno y a los usuarios en cuanto a la administración de permisos, explotación y cambios masivos de datos, atención y resolución de incidencias y dudas, y formación sobre el uso y funcionalidades del sistema. El servicio también apoyará interno a la Dirección de Patrimonio Cultural – ICUB, para potenciar la mejora, gestión y interoperabilidad del sistema y de los datos registrados.
