The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Human Capital Investment Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Solarization of Schools (Male & Female) at District Peshawar, Nowshera, Swabi, and DEOs Offices (Male & Female), Directorates, E&SED Secretariat, DPD Office, and ESEF. 2. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Human Capital Investment Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Solarization of Schools (Male & Female) at District Peshawar, Nowshera, Swabi, and DEOs Offices (Male & Female), Directorates, E&SED Secretariat, DPD Office, and ESEF. 3. Bidding shall be conducted through Open National Competitive Procurement using RFB (Single stage One envelope) process as specified in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, July 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to the eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 3,000/- . The method of payment will be cash payment. The bidding documents should be collected by hand at the address given below. 4. Pre-Bid conference Meeting is scheduled on 10th August at 11.00 am in Conference Room of the KP-HCIP Office, House No, 1/ 2-A, University Town Peshawar. Anyone wishing to joint remotely shall submit their request via below email for sharing of online/remote access link. 5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Procurement Section, via email: pmukphcip@gmail.com and inspect the bidding document during office hours i.e. 09:00 am to 05:00 pm at the address given below KP-HCIP (Education) Office, KP-HCIP Office, House No, 1/ 2-A, University Town Peshawar. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below KP-HCIP (Education) Office, KP-HCIP Office, House No, 1/ 2-A, University Town Peshawar on or before the mention Dates and Time in the below Table. Bids will be publicly opened at the same venue for submission of bids, Dates, and Time in the presence of the Bidders or their designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address and date mentioned. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. 7. All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” in form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee/Call Deposit Receipts. 9. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document. 10.
