Poskytovať Obstarávateľovi: a) softvérovú podporu licencií SAP (SAP Standard Support) zaručujúcu Support vendora licencií spoločnosti SAP (ďalej len „Softvérová podpora licencií“) bližšie špecifikovanú v bode 2 článku I. Zmluvy, v rozsahu Licencií špecifikovaných v bode 2 článku I. Zmluvy a v zmysle Všeobecných Obchodných Podmienok spoločnosti SAP a Popisu služieb podpory, ktoré tvoria prílohu č. 2 Zmluvy, b) službu podpory prevádzky, servisnú údržbu a úroveň poskytovania technickej podpory jednotného účtovného systému SAP v rozsahu špecifikovanom v odseku 3 článku I. Zmluvy, c) služby za účelom rozvoja, zmeny aplikácie, prípadne iných činností súvisiacich s aplikáciou SAP v rozsahu špecifikovanom v bode 4 a 5 článku I. Zmluvy. d) nákup dodatočných cloudových služieb a licencii modulov a komponentov SAP v súvislosti s predmetom zmluvy a v súvislosti s písmenom c) bodu 1 článku I. zmluvy, t. j. služby a licencie potrebné za účelom rozvoja, zmeny aplikácie SAP. Dotknutá Zmluva tvorí prílohu č.4 súťažných podkladov.
