Predmetom zákazky je vykonanie diela „Výstavba tepelných čerpadiel OZE v Teplárni západ“ (ďalej len „dielo“). Dielo pozostáva najmä z projektovej a inžinierskej činnosti, vypracovania dokumentácie realizácie stavby vo väčšej miere podrobnosti, z technologických dodávok, dodávky, dopravy a montáže technológie, stavebných prác, odskúšania a uvedenia diela do prevádzky, merania garantovaných parametrov, zaškolenia pracovníkov objednávateľa, ako aj servisu revízií diela v rozsahu podľa zmluvy o dielo vrátane jej príloh. Technologická koncepcia diela je založená na inštalácii nových tepelných čerpadiel vzduch/voda a voda/voda, akumulačného zásobníka a transformátorov. Podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky je obsiahnuté v týchto súťažných podkladoch ako Príloha č. 4 Vzor zmluvy o dielo (ďalej len „vzor zmluvy“), a to osobitne v článku 1 vzoru zmluvy a v prílohách A a B k vzoru zmluvy.
