Predmetom zákazky je poskytovanie upratovacích služieb v objektoch Úradu pre územné plánovanie a výstavbu Slovenskej republiky v Nitre, Žiline, Banskej Bystrici, Košiciach a Prešove počas 48 mesiacov od nadobudnutia účinnosti Rámcovej dohody vrátane dodávania hygienického a čistiaceho materiálu a poskytovania nepravidelných služieb podľa Prílohy č. 1. Podrobný rozsah, frekvencie a podmienky poskytovania služieb sú uvedené v Prílohe č. 1 – Špecifikácia požadovaných služieb (Opis predmetu zákazky). Predmet zákazky zahŕňa tieto druhy služieb: 1. Pravidelné služby podľa časti I. Prílohy č. 1: upratovanie kancelárskych a spoločných priestorov, kuchyniek, sociálnych zariadení a kúpeľní, skladov a archívov; tepovanie kobercov 3-krát ročne; umývanie okien zvnútra aj zvonka a žalúzií 2-krát ročne; obojstranné umývanie presklených stien a dvier 3-krát týždenne. Cena pravidelných služieb tvorí mesačnú paušálnu platbu vrátane všetkých pravidelne sa opakujúcich činností a dodávok materiálu. Denný servis sa zabezpečuje fyzickou prítomnosťou jedného zamestnanca Poskytovateľa najmenej dve hodiny na každom pracovisku v čase od 9.00 do 15.00 hod. Bežné večerné upratovanie sa vykonáva každý pracovný deň po 17.00 hod.; konkrétne časy sa spresňujú v súlade s Prílohou č. 1. 2. Nepravidelné služby podľa časti II. Prílohy č. 1 sa poskytujú na základe akceptovaných objednávok: strojové umývanie pevných podláh, tepovanie čalúneného nábytku a mimoriadne tepovanie kobercov, umývanie nedostupných okien a vonkajších žalúzií pomocou špeciálnej alebo horolezeckej techniky, polymérová dezinfekcia, dezinsekcia a čistenie interiéru, tepovanie interiéru a čistenie exteriéru služobných motorových vozidiel.
