Predmetom zákazky je poskytovanie služieb v odpadovom hospodárstve, pozostávajúcich zo zberu, prepravy a úpravy zmesového komunálneho odpadu, objemného odpadu, prepravy drobného stavebného odpadu, zberu a prepravy biologicky rozložiteľného odpadu, zberu, prepravy a zhodnotenia biologicky rozložiteľného kuchynského a reštauračného odpadu, zberu, prepravy a zneškodnenia/zhodnotenia elektroodpadu a nebezpečného odpadu, zberu a odvozu komunálnych odpadov – textílií a šatstva, ako aj vykonávaním triedeného zberu komunálneho odpadu na území Obce Veľká Lomnica v zmysle zákona č. 79/2015 Z. z. o odpadoch a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov v znení neskorších predpisov.
