Details of tenders are as under: 1. Name of Work : Interior & Furnishing Works at New Premises of SBI SBI_SUBHASH NAGAR, HARIDWAR, UTTRAKHAND. 2. Time allowed for completion : 45 days from date of handing over of the site. (This is a very urgent work) 3. Earnest Money Deposit (1% of Estimated cost) : Rs. 16,000/- (Rupees SIXTEEN Thousand only) by crossed Online or Bank Draft / Banker’s Cheque drawn in favour of State Bank of India payable at New Haridwar. (All bidders must submit EMD online on the portal. There will be no exemption for MSME.) 4. Initial Security Deposit : 2% of the total value of the contract including Earnest Money. 5. Additional Security Deposit (ASD) / Additional Performa nce Guarantee (APG) : ASD/ APG shall be applicable if the bid price is below 10% of the estimated cost put to tender. The amount of such ASD/ APG shall be the difference between 90% of the estimated cost put to tender and the quoted price. ASD in the forma t of DD/ Banker’s Cheque / Bank Guarantee shall be submitted within 15 days of intimation of award of work/ wo rk order, without which the contractor will not be allowed to start the work and failure of submission of ASD will result in forfe iture of EMD and cancellation of tender. For e.g. if the contractor is quoting 15% below the estimated cost put to tender (i. e. 85% of the estimate) then ASD 5% of the estimated cost is required to be submitted by contractor (90%-85%). ASD/APG will be re turned/ released after virtual completion of the project. 15. Interval of interim bills. : Minimum 30 days 16. Minimum Net Amount of Interim Bill as admissible after checking by the Bank. : Minimum Rs 8 Lacs plus GST subject to clause 15 above 17. Release of Total Security Deposit (EMD, ISD & Retention Money) : “50% of the Total Security Deposit (EMD, ISD & Retention Money) shall be refunded to the Contractor on”: i) Issue of Virtual Completion Certificate by the Architect / Banks & authentication of th e same by the Bank. ii) Contractor’s removal of his materials, equipment, labour force, temporary sheds/ stores etc. from the site, (excepting for a small presence required if any for the Defect Liability Period and approved by the Bank). The remaining 50% of the amount m ay be refunded 15 days after the end of defects liability period provided he has satisfactorily carried out all th e works and attended to all defects to the satisfaction of the Bank and in accordance with the conditions of the contract, including site clearance. 18. Note : Contractor shall obtain all the clearances from CPWD, Security Agency, NDMC, NGT, Police & other related authorities.
