The African Union Inter African Bureau of Animal Resources (AU-IBAR) has received financing from the Pandemic Fund through the African Development Bank toward the cost of the Strengthening One Health Capacities for Enhanced Pandemic Preparedness and Response in the Lake Chad Basin (SCOPE) and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to payments under the contract for Short-term Consultancies.
