La République Démocratique du Congo a reçu de la Banque africaine de développement (BAD) un prêt en vue du financement du Programme Régional d’appui au Développement des Infrastructures et de la Valorisation des Ressources en Eau Transfrontalières entre la République Centrafricaine (RCA) et la République Démocratique du Congo (RDC) (PREDIRE), et a l’intention d’utiliser une partie des sommes accordées au titre de ce prêt pour financer le contrat des services de consultant pour la réalisation de la campagne d'IEC pour le changement de comportements vis-à-vis de l'Hygiène et d'Assainissement ainsi que la gestion durable des infrastructures en milieu rural et la sensibilisation au paiement du service d’eau à Gbadolite.
